Oh my gosh! Ally was doing lunges, too. Ha Ha!!! I've caught her doing push ups and tricep dips on occassion at the park. The modeling is definitely in effect. :)
Worked out today. No time to report. Huge kudos to those doing 24" jumps. You've got hops!

Hey Sarah - So far 8 pm has worked for me, although I've thought about falling behind a few days or a week, just so that I can plan ahead for when time, equipment or weather issues come up. Thanks for posting. Have you ever thought about posting the whole week at the beginning of the week?
