Overhead Lunges*

*Beginners use pvc pipe (or broomstick).

*Intermediate use 15-25#

*Advanced use 30-45#

Legups are where you lay flat on your back and have your hands to your side (slightly under your bum). Raise your legs up to 90 degrees and then lower back down to an inch or two above the ground (try not to let your feet hit the ground between reps!!).
