"Run Faster"
400 meter run
squats
400 meter run
push-ups
400 meter run
sit ups
400 meter run
lunges
While partner is running , do as many reps of the exercise as possible. If doing workout on your own, time your run then do as many reps as possible for the same amount of time it took for your run . Post number of reps for each exersice and total time.
Fitness
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Sarah, can you post a list of exercise equipment you plan on getting for your group so that I can start getting it for myself. Thx.
Hey Sarah -- Just an idea, but have you considered posting the whole week? That way if someone has a different rest day, or if they need to find equipment or if the weather is poor they can adjust more easily? Just a thought.

I'll email you the list of equipment when I get home. Jump ropes and
stop watches are going to be a couple of my purchase this week. I will
send you the other thoughts after our vacation. As far as posts go, I could
email them to you, but I like to post the evening before because people
were picking and choosing which workouts to do and over looking ones they
didn't want to do. Posting the night before has helped get people to do the right workouts in the right order.
