Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 - Box jumps / Step ups
10 - Supermans ( a back extension exercise performed by laying on your stomach, extend your arms out in front of you, raise your head/chest and feet up as high as you can and hold for about one second then relax).
