10 dips
Each minute start a round. Complete the squats and dips and then rest until the timer hits the minute mark again. Do as many rounds as you can. Once you cannot finish a round in the minute time slot, you are done. Challenge yourself and see how many rounds you can get! (This is a great one if you are watching TV/movie.)
