(Football field-goal line to goal line, straight away on track)

Run 100 M (time your run) - start rest time (1 min.), then record time for each run
...I like to keep 2 post cards and pens with me (one for each side of the field)

Remember to only rest one minute between each run. Go as fast as you can for each run!
