Sit-ups
Perform exercises in the following order, Lunges/Pull-ups/Sit-ups until you complete all 6 sets. The good news is each set has less reps, except for the lunges of course:-)

After seeing everyone else's scores I'm trying to figure out why mine seems too low... it may be because I don't have resistance bands for pull-ups, and can do them much faster modified on a low bar- reverse push-up style.
