If you cannot do double unders, sub tuck jumps.

Tuck jumps - demo is without a jumprope but when you are supposed to jump bring knees as far up to the chest as possible.

It is so hard to work out on your own. I need you back Nicole! 16 min + or _ 1 min. I had my kids helping out... I did the Advanced but I did Tuck jumps instead of double unders. I practiced for my warm-up and actually did 2 du. Yeah! but I figured it would take a little too long to get through the workout if I could only do 2 every ten minutes.
11:11 Alright. I did the beginner level, but i did double-unders. Yea! I've been wanting to try this workout since I saw it posted and finally got around to it. I love jump rope because it's something simple I can next to my house while Taylor naps.
14:56 Intermediate - as Rx. The DUs are hard, but by the last round I was getting the hang of it - did 9 in a row.
